An all-people anti-epidemic campaign is more dynamically conducted to tide over the present grave public health crisis, taking a firm initiative according to the decision, will, strategy and tactics of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.

The reserve medicines prepared by the respected Kim Jong Un together with his family were conveyed to difficult households in South Hwanghae Province.

The medicines, foodstuffs and daily necessities contributed by officials of the departments of the Party Central Committee and their families, officials of the ministries and national agencies and leading officials of the provincial, city and county Party and government organs were also conveyed to those families that are suffering inconveniences.

Nearly 3,000 combatants in the medical sector of the Korean People's Army have established well-organized work system soon after they were deployed at hundreds of pharmacies in the capital city as befitting those dispatched by the Party Central Committee. They are supplying medicines in a revolutionary way under the round-the-clock service system.

Leading officials in the provinces, cities and counties across the country are taking upon themselves the transport and supply of medicines so that they can reach the island villages, forefront areas and secluded mountain villages in time and correctly.

Amid the anti-epidemic struggle to thoroughly intercept and suppress the source of the spread of the malignant disease, more than 1,428,000 medical and anti-epidemic officials, teachers and students are engaged in scientific and intensive examination and treatment in the relevant regions.

The central emergency anti-epidemic sector has established a new commanding system to more powerfully organize and execute the emergency anti-epidemic work and is solving all problems in time. In the meantime, it is making advance preparations according to a well thought-out plan while giving precedence to the study and analysis for promptly coping with the changing crisis.

In addition, it is promoting in depth the work to support the collection of samples from those in a fever and their transport and test in a scientific and technological way, setting up more isolation establishments and fully providing conditions for treatment and living.

Officials and researchers in the field of medical scientific research are working hard to extensively develop and produce medicines effective for treatment of the malignant virus disease and establish more rational diagnosis and treatment methods.

The emergency anti-epidemic sectors of the provinces, cities and counties are preferentially supplying the anti-epidemic materials such as protective clothes and gloves which had been stockpiled to cope with the world health crisis to the medical workers and the preventive and curative organs that are making strenuous efforts in the first line of the campaign to exterminate the malignant virus.

Nearly 500 rapid mobile anti-epidemic teams and rapid diagnosis and treatment teams across the country are engaged in the anti-epidemic work, the confirmation of those infected with the pandemic, evacuation and treatment.

Now that the state standardized manual for treatment has been made and issued, the hygienic and anti-epidemic organs are conducting hygienic propaganda among the inhabitants and the legal organs are intensifying their legal watch and control over the undesirable practices.

Officials of the Party and government organs across the country are directing primary efforts to minimizing the inconveniences and sufferings of the inhabitants and stabilizing their living.

Major construction projects are promoted as scheduled and the agricultural workers and volunteers are doing the immediate farming including the rice-transplantation with responsibility while waging a dynamic struggle against the malignant disease and drought.

The Cabinet and other state economic organs are doing proper work for organizing, guiding and commanding the economic work and different sectors of the national economy are increasing production while maintaining the highly tense anti-epidemic posture.
