Workers and trade unionists held a rally in front of the Central Class Education House on the 23rd on the occasion of June 25, the day of struggle against US imperialism.
Present at the rally were officials of the Central Committee of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea and trade union organizations in Pyongyang City, workers and trade unionists.
The reporter and speakers at the rally abused that the Korean war provoked by the US imperialists was a war of aggression to destroy the young DPRK in its cradle, make the whole of Korea their colony and realize their wild ambition for world supremacy and the most barbarous war of slaughter and destruction unprecedented in the world history of wars and human history.
They said that though the US imperialists mobilized vast armed forces involving those of their satellite countries and latest hardware, they could not bring to their knees the Korean people who rose up as one to defend the country.
If the US imperialists provoke another war in Korea, oblivious of their disgraceful history of defeat, the Korean people will mercilessly wipe out the aggressors by triggering off their retaliatory will, they added.
Before the rally, the participants looked round the Central Class Education House.
