State measures are taken in succession to definitely restore the production activities and order of life to normal conditions. The central emergency anti-epidemic sector directs main efforts to smoothly operating all the processes and fields of the economy and social life with thorough anti-epidemic guarantee.
It pushes ahead with the work to scientifically prove the formation of mass immunity by establishing the nationwide antibody test system in close contact with the medical research institutions.
And it rapidly draws up and issues relevant directions, assignments and expositions for the correct execution of the anti-epidemic policy which is steadily and flexibly adjusted and enforced.
The emergency anti-epidemic units at all levels are maintaining and consolidating the stability of anti-epidemic environment, while taking anti-epidemic measures consecutively according to the characteristics of the regions, units and seasons.
They are taking preemptive steps to thoroughly ensure the anti-epidemic security of the shelters for quick evacuation of residents in case of flood damage.
Since it rains a lot across the country, the sectors concerned including the land and environment protection and urban management are improving river conditions and maintaining the water supply and drainage network and sewage treatment facilities in a qualitative way and paying special attention to disinfection and hygienic security for disallowing any defect in the supply of drinking water to the inhabitants.
