They also regularly check the links of different signal and power supply lines to repair defects in good time.
The engineers and other employees of the equipment department channel big efforts into research for improving the efficiency of the solar photovoltaic system and steadily updating it into a power generation system that suits the specific conditions of the country and meets the global trend as well.
The complex also runs a cooling and heating system using geotherm.
The system keeps the room temperature at 20 to 24℃ in summer and 18 to 20℃ in winter, thus saving a great deal of electricity to be consumed in maintaining appropriate indoor temperatures in sizzling summer and cold winter.
The Sci-Tech Complex illuminates its compound by installing in many lamps an independent composite power control system using solar and wind energy.
As it produces and uses a great deal of electricity by utilizing renewables, it switched its independent solar power generation system over to the one linked to the national power grid last year to transfer surplus electricity to the latter.
