All sectors and units across the country are concentrating efforts on raising public anti-epidemic awareness and intensifying the discipline of observing anti-epidemic regulations.
The state emergency epidemic prevention headquarters pays primary attention to strengthening anti-epidemic information and education in every way possible lest the anti-epidemic atmosphere established throughout the society should weaken or lapse into a sluggish state, while further enhancing its command and control over the overall anti-epidemic work.
It attaches importance to field surveys so as to grasp and guide the anti-epidemic work at relevant regions and units in real time and to intensify necessary measures.
Efforts are being made according to a well thought-out and practical plan to further perfect the national anti-epidemic system and order and to get a complete set of material and technical means.
The all-people monitoring and reporting system is being strengthened to maintain the utmost vigilance, while a strict system is set up for immediately reporting about and disposing of alien things or abnormal signs according to anti-epidemic regulations as soon as they are discovered.
Special attention is being paid to ensuring the completeness of lockdown by comprehensively evaluating the performance of medical workers in border and coastal areas, providing them with short courses to improve their practical abilities, carefully selecting the personnel who should go on blocking duties and increasing the number of surveillance devices.
The inspection and quarantine sector is steadily pushing ahead with the work to make its employees clearly recognize the worldwide public health situation, reinforce disinfecting facilities, sterilize materials carefully according to their kinds and quality and increase the hygienic safety of isolation and inspection rooms.
The public health sector distributed the “Treatment plan on new variants of COVID-19” which was drawn up on the basis of latest documentary records and clinical experiences in the country and the updated “Manual for treatment of COVID-19 sequelae” among emergency anti-epidemic units at all levels.
After comprehensively researching and inquiring into influence of several factors on the whole course of collection and conveyance of samples and nucleic acid tests in close collaboration with relevant institutions, it is taking measures to enhance the correctness and scientific accuracy of nucleic acid tests and manage the anti-epidemic situation safely in the upcoming winter.
All localities and units are conducting medical check-ups of all residents in a more responsible manner and strengthening anti-epidemic measures with regard to the possibility that the incidence rate of respiratory diseases like influenza and tonsillitis might increase due to seasonal conditions, while encouraging residents and employees to wear masks.
