An event was held before the Mausoleum of King Tangunon the 3rd to commemorate the National Foundation Day.
Present there were Presidium Member and Director of the Secretariat Maeng Kyong Il and Presidium Members Pak Myong Chol and Kim Wan Su of the Central Committee of the Democratic Front for the Reunification of Korea, officials concerned and working people in Pyongyang City.
Also on hand were overseas compatriots staying in the homeland.
A memorial service for Tangun was held.
