It is an important requirement for the educational sector to train talented personnel of creator type now that science and technology are developing constantly.
Educators of Kim Hyong Jik University of Education are devoting all their wisdom and enthusiasm to education and scientific researches.
Among them are young promising educators Cha Yong Ho and Pang Un Sim. Pang Un Sim won the International Grand Master of Memory at the 27th World Memory Championships held in 2018.
Recently they've completed the method of giving the education of developing brains consecutively and systematically in the sector of general education and are putting it into practice.
Section Chief Cha Yong Ho says:
"At present, the amount of knowledge is on the drastic increase. What is most important is to teach the students how to have the ability of acquiring and learning knowledge. This is the education of developing brains."
While intensifying the research involving children and students with different characters, they presented the method of education for developing brains consisting of four steps--abacus, memory, speculation and fast reading.
They also disseminated the method of their own accord.
They wrote various reference books including "Book on the Use of Brains" and "Secret of Memory All Can Learn". They also presented new research materials on an effective educational method suited to the constitution and psychological features of children and students.
Children and students with distinguished ability are produced at the kindergartens and schools across the country which have introduced the new educational method, clearly showing its superiority.
