Reply message to President of State Affairs Kim Jong Un from Syrian President The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the DPRK, received a reply message from Bashar Al-Assad, President of the Syrian Arab Republic, on the 22nd.
The message expressed thanks to Kim Jong Un for his congratulations on the occasion of the 52nd anniversary of the Corrective Movement in Syria.
It also expressed thanks to him for sending support and solidarity to the struggle of the Syrian people for defending the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country against all sorts of terrorism.
The message noted that Syria and the DPRK will, in the future, too, keep striving together to further strengthen and develop the bilateral friendly relations and the mutual cooperation in different fields in the common interests of the people.
