As its name tells, there live scientists and educators in Mirae Scientists Street in the capital Pyongyang.
The street consists of apartment houses for thousands of families and more than 150 public service amenities. It was built at the proposal and under the energetic guidance of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un and named by him.
He saw hundreds of blueprints and gave specific guidance to them. He visited the street under construction and before inauguration.
That is why all the scientists and educators who settled in the new flats in the street earnestly wanted to thank him.
Kwon Sung Hyok, Teacher of the Pyongyang University of Computer Technology, was helping a factory with its modernization project with the same desire.
On July 29, Juche 105(2016) he unexpectedly met Kim Jong Un who called at the factory.
He explained to him about the Computer Integrated Manufacture System they had established.
Highly praising their successes, Kim Jong Un told officials to convey his greetings to the scientists and technicians who had made a contribution to the modernization of the factory.
Recalling that time, Kwon Sung Hyok says:
"That day was about eight months after I moved into a new flat in Mirae Scientists Street. I had always thought that I should thank the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un.
Before I give thanks to him, however, he told officials to convey his greetings to the scientists and technicians. I felt a lump in my throat.
I said to him that scientists were living happily in palatial flats and expressed my long-cherished gratitude.
Looking at me with affectionate eyes, he earnestly said he wanted to pluck even a star from the sky for the scientists who are making a contribution to the building of a powerful socialist country with science and technology.
Indeed, he spares nothing for the scientists."
Under the loving care of Kim Jong Un, Unha Scientists Street, the Wisong Scientists Residential District, the Yonphung Scientists Holiday Camp and Mirae Scientists Street were built one after another.

Today the Korean scientists are devoting all their wisdom and passion to the scientific researches for the country and people.
