I send warm congratulations to you and the fraternal Lao party, government and people on the occasion of the 47th founding anniversary of the Lao People's Democratic Republic.
Over the 47 years since the founding of the Republic, the Lao party, government and people have made great achievements in the struggle to build a powerful and prospering socialist state by firmly defending the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country and consolidating and developing the people's democratic system.
Today the Lao party, government and people are making a new progress in accomplishing the cause of attaining the final target of socialism by implementing the decisions adopted at the 11th party congress.
Expressing the belief that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between our two parties and two countries established in the joint struggle for socialism would invariably develop on good terms, I sincerely wish you a greater success in your responsible work.
