A lot of young people in North Phyongan, North Hwanghae, Jagang and Kangwon Provinces volunteered to work at the construction site of a new street in the capital city true to the deep trust of the motherly Workers' Party of Korea which had entrusted the worthwhile and honourable task to the Youth League.
