The Seventh Enlarged Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea was held through video conferencing on January 31.
Present at the meeting were members and alternate members of the Central Committee of the General Federation.
Also on hand as observers were officials of the Central Committee and the provincial, city and county committees of the General Federation.
The meeting discussed issues including that on thoroughly implementing the decisions of the Sixth Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.
Pak In Chol, Chairman of the Central Committee of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea, made a report, which was followed by speeches.
The meeting adopted a relevant decision on the basis of the study of its draft.
