Active efforts are made to develop and encourage the orthodox martial art associated with the wisdom and spirit of the Korean nation.
The Korean Taekwon-Do Committee is making substantial preparations for widely disseminating Taekwon-Do on the occasion of mass sports activities and games to be held across the country and for organizing various forms of Taekwon-Do training courses.
It directs efforts to organizing the Taekwon-Do practical training courses for disseminators, teachers and sports teachers of ministries, national agencies, industrial establishments, farms, kindergartens and schools at all levels according to regions, units and groups and raising their qualitative level.
It also promotes the work to give technical courses for Taekwon-Do enthusiasts in new forms and methods.
Meanwhile, the committee pushes ahead in a planned way with the work to put the Taekwon-Do dissemination on a modern and IT footing by relying on science and technology.
