A provincial consumer goods exhibition was held in Kangwon Province.
Displayed at the exhibition were over 75,000 consumer goods of 280 kinds presented by more than 40 units.
A number of light industry factories including the Wonsan Footwear Factory and the Wonsan Hosiery Factory presented different styles of shoes and socks they produced by realizing the home production and recycling of raw materials. Different foodstuff producers including the Songdowon General Foodstuff Factory and the Munchon City Foodstuff Factory presented highly nutritious foodstuffs.
A number of cities and counties including Anbyon and Sepho Counties presented different kinds of foodstuffs, Koryo medicines and peculiar craftworks they produced with locally available raw and other materials, thus showing the development of the local industry well.
