I express my heartfelt thanks to you for the message of greetings you sent to me upon my election as the President of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.
I still remember your official goodwill visit to Viet Nam in March 2019 which marked an important milestone in developing the traditional relations of friendship between the two parties and the two countries.
