Foreign personages of various circles paid congratulatory visits to the DPRK missions in their countries on the occasion of the Day of the Sun, the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung .

They laid floral baskets and bouquets before the portraits of smiling President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il and art pieces depicting the President and the Chairman standing together and paid tribute to them.

Among the visitors were the First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Lenin Young Communist League of the Russian Federation, the Chairperson of the Hungarian Workers’ Party, the General Secretary of the Popular Revolutionary Party of the DR Congo, the Special Policy Adviser to the Senegalese President and other personages of the government, political Parties, organizations and institutions of various countries, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam, the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam, the newspaper Nhan Dan of Vietnam, the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, the Vietnam-DPRK Friendship Association, the Indonesia-Korea Association for Friendship and Cultural Exchange, the Belarus National Association of Friends of Korean People Named after Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il , the Communist Workers’ Party of Belarus, the Belarus Association for the Study of Juche Idea, the Belarusian Group for Solidarity with the DPRK, the Czech Group for the Study and Materialization of the Juche Idea, the Paektusan Czech-Korean Friendship Association, the Ethiopian Prosperity Party, the Ministry of Defence of Ethiopia, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia, Walta Media and Communication Corporate S.C of Ethiopia, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Overseas Compatriots of Algeria, the Ministry of Defence of Algeria, the National People’s Assembly of Algeria, Algerian National Liberation Front Party, Algeria-Korea Friendship Parliamentary Group, the National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea of the DR Congo, the DR Congo-Korea Friendship and Solidarity Association, Workers’ Party for the Independence of Senegal and Circle for Study on Juche Idea of the zone of Ouakam in Senegal.

Also visiting the DPRK missions in their countries were personages from the Mfumalanga Provincial Committee of the South African Communist Party, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of DR Congo, the Federation of Students and Pupils of DR Congo and the Popular Liberation Movement of Angola.

Meanwhile, the Commission for External Affairs of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Central Committee of the Fatherland Front of Vietnam, the Ministry of Defence of Vietnam and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam sent floral baskets to the DPRK mission on the occasion of the Day of the Sun.
