The Hwanghae Iron and Steel Complex accelerates at a rapid speed the project of setting up more oxygen converters which is of great importance in laying a firm foundation for the iron and steel production.
The complex has set a stepwise goal in detail to finish the project with success in time and given precedence to ensuring manpower and supplying equipment and materials.
As a result, the assembly of the bodies of the oxygen converters was finished in a short span of time and the equipment of different systems assembled in real earnest.
The complex is concentrating its efforts on conducting a no-load test operation of the equipment of each system with success and ensuring the first kindling in the oxygen converters.
The Namhung Youth Chemical Complex is also making a success in the project of extending the gas cleaning process which is of great importance in normalizing the fertilizer production.
