Ranks of relay of carrying a letter of loyalty of the Children's Union members across the country, that had left Samjiyon City of Ryanggang Province, are rushing to the capital city of Pyongyang, divided into the east and west coastal areas.
Fluttering the flag of the Korean Children's Union, the rank of relay started from the forest of the historic Paektu associated with the anti-Japanese struggle waged by the great leader Kim Il Sung for the east coastal area and arrived in Tanchon City of South Hamgyong Province on the 25th through Rason City and North Hamgyong Province.
The Children's Union members laid floral baskets and bouquets before the bronze statues and smiling portraits of the great leaders Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il in the regions concerned and made a firm resolve to do the study and organizational life better and thus prepare themselves as the pillars of the country intensely loyal to the fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un.
They visited the Monument to the Victorious Battle of the Musan Area and the North Hamgyong Provincial Revolutionary Museum and conducted agitation for increased production at the Kim Chaek Iron and Steel Complex and the Jumphyong Greenhouse Farm under the Rural Economy Committee of North Hamgyong Province.
The rank of relay running to the west coastal area arrived in Anju City of South Phyongan Province on the 25th through cities and counties of Jagang and North Phyongan Provinces.
The Children's Union members visited the Jangjasan and Pongninsan Revolutionary Sites and the 1,000-ri Journey for Learning Schoolchildren's Palace and conducted agitation for increased production at the Myohyangsan Medical Appliances Factory and the Sinuiju Cosmetics Factory.
At the meetings "Night of Yearning for the Fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un" held during the relay, the Children's Union members sang songs including "Our Father" and "Marshal Kim Jong Un Is Our Father" with their ardent yearning for him.
Members of the ranks conducted colourful political and cultural activities including a meeting for representing their impressions after reading the reminiscences of the anti-Japanese guerrillas, a meeting of telling the prides of themselves with knowledge, morality and strong physique and a dancing party.
Many officials, working people and school youth and children have turned out in streets to encourage the Children's Union members passing through the provinces, cities and counties concerned.
