KCU Members Stoutly Grow under Care of Great Sun

Pyongyang, June 4 (KCNA) -- Approaching is the holiday of the members of the Korean Children's Union (KCU) who are growing up into reliable young revolutionaries who will shoulder the future of the country under the care of the great sun.

All the KCU members throughout the country have prepared themselves to be reliable successors to the cause of the Juche revolution, equipped with ample knowledge, a good moral character and good health, cherishing the important speeches made by the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un at the Joint National Meeting of the Korean Children's Union Organizations held in celebration of its 66th founding anniversary and the 8th KCU Congress and the historic letter he sent to the participants in the 9th KCU Congress as the guidelines of their study and life.

In this course, more than 2 900 KCU members were awarded Kim Il Sung Children Honor Prize and Kim Jong Il Children Honor Prize and over 140 300 schools and classes won the Honored Red Flag and the twice and thrice honored red flags.

All the KCU members are determined to prepare themselves to be true sons and daughters of Kim Jong Un and reliable reserves of a prosperous Korea, flying the KCU flags and red ties. -0-
