Press statement of Kim Yo Jong, Deputy Department Director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea
The south Korean military has again denied the infringement upon our sovereignty, behaving ludicrously and insisting on brazen-faced assertion that "it is a normal flight of south Korea and the United States" as regards the provocative acts of the US forces.
The issue on the aerial zones concerned is a matter between our army and the US forces.
The south Korean military gangsters should stop behaving presumptuously and shut up their mouth immediately.
The strategic reconnaissance plane of the US Air Force intruded into the sky over the economic waters of our side on the East Sea of Korea on 8 occasions without permission from the sky over the sea between more than 435 kilometres east of Thongchon, Kangwon Province and 276 kilometres southeast of Uljin, North Kyongsang Province between 5:15 and 13:10 on the 10th.
Upon the authorization, I have already warned them of the counter action of our army.
In case of repeated intrusion without permission, the US forces will experience very dangerous flight.
