Friendly gatherings, book and photo exhibitions, film shows and receptions recently took place at the DPRK missions in Cuba, Viet Nam, Laos, Nepal, Mongolia, Syria, Singapore, Iran, Indonesia, India, Kuwait, Thailand, Pakistan, Romania, Bulgaria, Belarus, Switzerland, Sweden, Austria, the Czech Republic, Guinea, Nigeria, the Democratic Congo, Senegal, Algeria, Angola, Egypt, Ethiopia, Equatorial Guinea, Mexico, Brazil and Venezuela on the occasion of the 75th founding anniversary of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
Invited to the events were personages of the parliaments, governments, political parties, organizations for friendship and solidarity, Juche idea study organizations and institutions and foreign diplomatic envoys in those countries. Officials of the DPRK missions were present there.
Screened at the film shows were documentaries and video programs showing the spirit, invincible might and development of the DPRK which is achieving the overall development of socialism under the leadership of the great Workers' Party of Korea.
The events expressed the boundless reverence for the great leaders Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who built the DPRK into a powerful country of independence, a people-centred socialist state, and put its strategic position and power on the highest plane.
