Political parties, organizations and institutions of Russia held meetings, seminars, film shows and other events to mark the 75 th founding anniversary of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK).
Present at the events were personages of the Party for Peace and Unity of Russia, the Khabarovsk Territorial Branch Committee and the Amur Regional Branch Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, the Rostov Association for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, the Association for the Study of the Juche Idea in Tynda City, the Far East State Science Library and a middle school in Khabarovsk City and masses.
Screened at the films shows were videos showing the spirit of advance and the tremendous might of the DPRK, which is achieving overall development of socialism under the guidance of the great Workers’ Party of Korea, and the happy looks of its children.
Speeches were made at the events.
The Chairperson of the Party for Peace and Unity said that the DPRK is a genuine power as it is working world-startling miracles in the revolution and construction while foiling the hostile forces’ moves to isolate and stifle it, wishing the DPRK ever-lasting victory and glory on the road of advancing under the leadership of respected Comrade Kim Jong Un .
The First Secretary of the Khabarovsk Territorial Branch Committee and the first Secretary of the Amur Regional Branch Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation praised the exploits of President Kim Il Sung , Chairman Kim Jong Il and the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un for the foundation and development of the DPRK, saying that the DPRK is fully displaying its might as a socialist fortress while thoroughly maintaining the principle of Juche in ideology, independence in politics, self-sufficiency in the economy and self-reliance in national defence.
Congratulatory messages to General Secretary Kim Jong Un were adopted at the events.
Meanwhile, a seminar was held by the Communist Party of Soviet Union on the occasion of the 75 th founding anniversary of the DPRK.
