Modernization of over 200 local industry factories is promoted in response to the idea and intention of the Workers' Party of Korea on modernizing the local industry factories across the country with Kimhwa County of Kangwon Province as a model.
At present, the provinces, cities and counties have finished their first technical tasks and process designs for remodelling the local industry factories in the main and the state deliberations on miniatures of exterior buildings are active.
The provinces, cities and counties have turned out all at once to modernize their local industry factories on a high level like those in Kimhwa County.
