The 53rd Athletic Meet of Artistes took place at the Basketball Gymnasium in Chongchun Street on November 29 and 30.
At the athletic meet divided into sectors of cinematic art and stage art, the players competed in different events such as basketball, volleyball, table tennis, tug of war, Taekwon-Do, Korean wrestling and sports and amusement games.
The matches were watched by Jo Kyong Jun, Deputy Department Director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, and officials, creators, artistes, teachers, researchers and students in the field of culture and art and relevant sectors.
The sector of stage art came first in total at the athletic meet.
