The Taedonggang Beer houses in various places of the capital city are always crowded with people though it is now winter.
The popularity of the beer is immense.
The remarkable thing in the work of the Taedonggang Brewery, which has created popular products loved and favoured by people, is that it puts great strength into building up the force of skilled workers.
“Preparing producers into skilled workers possessing remarkable skills and advanced technology is the way to make our technical force steadily snowball by relying on our own effort.”
This is the standpoint adopted by the brewery in increasing its own technical force.
The brewery has turned production and adjustment and reinforcement into the process of improving the technical knowledge and skills of producer masses.
“It is now striving for the goal of innovating the management and repair of equipment, departing from the previous practice of repairing equipment periodically by stopping machines. To do so, it is essential to train all employees into skilled workers,” said the chief engineer of the brewery.
To this end, the technical force of the brewery compiled a textbook to help employees understand and apply the new method of equipment management. The amount of advanced technical data was great. While studying the textbook, employees acquire necessary knowledge for normal production and the improvement of the quality of products.
The brewery methodologically operates the sci-tech learning space so that technicians and workers can improve professional knowledge and increase technical knowledge and skills. It has turned the daily review of production into that of products’ quality so as to raise the producers’ awareness of quality management and encourage them to work in their production processes in a responsible manner.
This has enhanced their awareness of quality management and all the employees have come to possess technical knowledge and skills amid the enthusiastic endeavour for developing technology.
As a result, remarkable achievements have been made in production.
The brewery established a new production process and developed and introduced valuable technical innovation plans to increase the kind of beer. The number of awardees of the certificate of invention is on the rise.
The brewery has been nominated as one of the top ten enterprises this year.
