Dear comrades,

First of all, I am very pleased to attend this international seminar held at the time when high-handedness and war are rampant on a world scale threatening mankind. I also think it happy that this seminar enables to overcome all obstacles and challenges by the imperialists and their vassal forces to break unity and contacts between the world revolutionary forces, especially the anti-imperialist forces of Arab and the friendly comrades in the DPRK and that it enables to establish the ties between the anti-imperialist and anti-colonial fighters in Tunisia and our comrades in the DPRK beyond regional obstacles.

Experiences gained by the DPRK in building socialism evoked big interests and admirations of the Tunisian society. The Tunisian people express big respect for Leader Kim Jong Un on several occasions and try to learn from successes achieved by the DPRK people in the building of a powerful political system and improve the people’s living under his wise leadership.

In addition, what makes the Tunisian people admire big in the leading experiences of the DPRK people is that the DPRK’s eternal leaders Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Un, President of the State Affairs had the stand of opposing Zionism and supporting the rights of Arab.

Voices of such admiration are heard as the DPRK frustrates the imperialist propaganda to cloak desperately experiences of the DPRK, the socialist model, while achieving important gains every day for the DPRK people and for mankind.

Without doubt, the experiences of the friendly DPRK people show that we can achieve successes when we rely on the correct views and revolutionary theories of the great leader. There are no better theories than the Juche idea with which provided the DPRK people and mankind by eternal President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il. In the late 1980s and early 1990s, the socialist camp was dissolved from within, and the stooges disintegrated the socialist camp from within and drove the Arab authorities into the Gulf War.

Being overconfident that it beat all forces who were against its policy of expansion and domination, US imperialism misjudged that it opened a road capable of compelling mankind to tolerate its domination and arbitrariness.

But the comrades of the WPK led mankind and stood against the US dominationist policy under the leadership of President Kim Il Sung. Chairman Kim Jong Il led this struggle continuously. Today, H.E. Kim Jong Un, President of the State Affairs shows his merits in frustrating the ulterior plan of the American, Japanese and south Korean rulers who scheme to disturb the DPRK’s socialist construction and ignite a war that might drag mankind into the World War III.

The Juche idea is a solid milestone for peace. Thanks to the Juche idea, the DPRK people could defeat Japanese and US imperialisms, and the DPRK could develop the national defence industry, thus raising its position higher before the imperialists.

The Juche idea was able to win victory after victory even when other theories of socialism were crumbled. It is because the Juche idea is based on the desire and aspiration of the DPRK people and the realities of the DPRK. It is also because the Juche idea insists humanitarian fraternity, friendship and cooperation with the people who struggle to oppose exploitation and colonialism.

Mankind needs such idea more urgently than ever in order to liquidate colonialism, check the start of the World War III and prevent natural destruction.

The Juche idea encourages the revolutionary forces in Arab to liquidate imperialism, liberate Palestine and establish a society without exploitation of man by man. Cooperative relations between us and the DPRK friends serve as an important mental and militant support.
