NK News is hiring

Pyongyang, January 4 (KCNA) -- The Yoon Suk Yeol group of puppets, who spent days and months of 2023 with dangerous military provocations to push the Korean peninsula into a crucible of a nuclear war, is carrying on a suicidal act in the new year, too.

Yoon Suk Yeol revealed his despicable nature as the top-class stooge and faithful servant of the U.S. this year, too, by saying such bluff as "the completion of reinforced south Korea-U.S. extended deterrence system till the first half of the year" and "the powerful establishment of south Korea's three-axis defence system".

The puppet group actually conducted provocative "coldest period drill" of the puppet special warfare units under the simulated conditions of a surprise attack on the DPRK from the end of last year to the beginning of the new year. And it waged so-called "New Year's shelling drill" in the area close to the DPRK on Jan. 1.

On Jan. 2, almost all units of the puppet army were mobilized in the shelling drill and maneuvers of motorized troops in the frontline area. In the next day, the puppet navy conducted naval bombardment and naval maneuvers in the whole waters of the East, West and South Seas.

Timed to coincide with this, the brass hats of the puppet military have incited the atmosphere of war, visiting frontline units and making such bellicose remarks that "they should not look back but act courageously".

The bellicose behaviors of the puppet group conducted under the provocative remarks "promptly, forcefully and persistently" make the world know what aspect and color the situation of the Korean peninsula will assume in 2024.

Looking back on the last year which witnessed unprecedented disturbances and wars, the whole world greeted the new year hoping that such horrible events would not repeat again and peace and stability would settle.

But the puppet forces, steeped in confrontation to the marrow of their bones, have "decorated" the outset of the new year with a provocative option calling for a war.

As the fly that bites tortoise breaks its beak, the puppet forces have now become fearless buoyed up by the anti-DPRK confrontation ambition while depending on their master. They must have really decided to stop living.

The U.S., Japan and other aggressor forces are going to be more involved in the Korean peninsula due to the south Korean puppet group's begging and active cooperation and all sorts of provocative war moves including nuclear strike will be staged on an unprecedented scale this year. This will make this year the one with the greatest danger of a clash.

Reality shows that peace and stability in the Korean peninsula and the region can never be achieved as long as the reckless moves of the puppet group, who greeted the new year with confrontation remarks and roar of artillery guns for war, are allowed to go on.

Clear is the aim sought by the puppet group which is becoming so zealous in war moves that it has neither chance of winning nor hope of living from the outset of the year.

The group, which has gone so mad due to extreme security uneasiness, tries to prolong its remaining days drawing to close by receiving "recognition" of its master that the "first shock brigade" in realizing the hegemonic ambition of the U.S. is still itself this year, too.

The history has already passed a death sentence on the group of modern-day "five traitors of 1905" which is working hard to offer even Tok Island, a precious territory of the Korean nation handed down by the ancestors, to Japan, not content with making despicable cooperation with the sworn enemy in order to realize the wild ambition for confrontation with the DPRK.

The more desperately the group of mad dogs, no more than the faithful war shock brigade and cannon fodder of the U.S., run amuck, the earlier they will go to the slaughter house.

The confrontation maniacs will only suffer the most painful moments that they can never imagine, in the new year, too. -0-
