Pyongyang, January 13 (KCNA) -- Officials in charge of affairs with enemies Friday met to vow to thoroughly implement the policy of making a switchover in the policy towards the south advanced by the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un at the historic 9th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK).
A report and speeches were made at the meeting before adopting a resolution.
The report and speeches called for making the history of the struggle of the DPRK against enemies in keeping with the position of a powerful country on the principle of defending the dignity of the Party, raising the national prestige and defending the interests of the country, true to the policy of making a switchover in the policy towards the south clarified by Kim Jong Un at the historic 9th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the WPK, newly formulating the reunification policy from a firm viewpoint that the clays in the region of south Korean puppets who have pursued only the "collapse of the DPRK's power" and "unification by absorption" are the main enemy of the DPRK to be completely wiped out, making a radical turn in the principle and orientation of the struggle in the field in charge of the affairs with the south and making preparations for a great event in a foresighted way in keeping with the powerful military action of the Korean People's Army to suppress the whole territory of the southern half of the Republic.
The meeting decided to readjust all relevant organizations of the DPRK including the North Side Committee for Implementing June 15 Joint Declaration, the North Headquarters of the Pan-national Alliance for Korea's Reunification, the Consultative Council for National Reconciliation and the Council for the Reunification of Tangun's Nation organized as solidarity organizations for the improvement of the north-south relations and peaceful reunification in the past period in the view of the reality that the north-south relations have been completely fixed as the relations of two hostile and belligerent countries, not those of fellow countrymen and the same quality any longer.
Fully displayed in the meeting were the high enthusiasm and iron will to resolutely foil the reckless moves of the puppet group of traitors for confrontation with the DPRK by thoroughly implementing the policy set forth by Kim Jong Un on the struggle against the enemy. -0-
