There is the Mangyongdae Children's Union Camp in Mt. Ryongak, a pride of the capital city of Pyongyang.
The Mangyongdae Children's Union Camp was established over 60 years ago. It is a comprehensive base for extracurricular education.
The camp has rooms for disseminating the knowledge of oceans and seas and the knowledge of mountaineering as well as a general knowledge dissemination room which can show the world of nature such as stuffed animals of different kinds and fish specimens and give a wide knowledge of various fields.
On June 3, Juche 105(2016), the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un visited the remodelled Mangyongdae Children's Union Camp.
Looking round different places of the camp that day, he learned in detail about its reconstruction and preparations for operation and then, stepped to the room for disseminating the knowledge of mountaineering.
Pae Kwang Su, Section Chief of the Mangyongdae Children's Union Camp, says:
"At that time, our camp had rooms for disseminating the knowledge of mountaineering and the knowledge of oceans and seas.
Dropping in at the room for disseminating the knowledge of mountaineering, the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un said: Now all the camps have similar rooms to teach campers. The category of knowledge is very large. It would be good to teach many-sided and comprehensive knowledge as well as the knowledge of mountaineering and that of oceans and seas."
The instructions carried the deep love of Kim Jong Un for the rising generations to wonderfully bring them up as the future pillars.
That is how the general knowledge dissemination room came into being at the Mangyongdae Children's Union Camp.
