The people in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea celebrated the First Full Moon Day.
At the Rangnang Museum capital citizens, youth and students played colourful folk games including archery, keenly feeling that the time-honoured history and brilliant culture and excellent traditions of the nation are firmly defended and honoured under the warm loving care of the Workers' Party of Korea.
Performances for working people were given at the Samjiyon Theatre, the National Theatre and the Jugglery Theatre of the National Acrobatic Troupe in the capital city of Pyongyang and at theatres in other parts of the country including Hamhung City.
Working people full of joy and optimism enjoyed themselves at the Central Zoo, the Natural History Museum, the Mirim Riding Club, the Munsu Water Park, the People's Open-Air Ice Rink and other cultural recreation resorts.
All the families ate with gusto various national foods and dishes including a dish made with all five grains and dishes made with nine dried herbs and played chess and yut games.
