30th anniversary of President Kim Il Sung's field guidance to Pyongyang Gold Lane marked A meeting was held on the 25th to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the great leader Kim Il Sung's field guidance to the Pyongyang Gold Lane.

He said the great leader Kim Il Sung called at the Pyongyang Gold Lane on February 25, Juche 83(1994), and continued:
At that time he felt the weight of a ball and watched a contest of bowling enthusiasts with an air of satisfaction. And he gave precious instructions on operating the gold lane and managing its equipment well in the future.
The great leader Kim Jong Il proposed building the Pyongyang Gold Lane on January 24, 1990, chose its site and gave meticulous guidance to the whole course of the construction including the examination of its miniature.
Busy as he was, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un read a letter presented by the officials and employees of the Pyongyang Gold Lane on March 5, 2014 and brightly clarified some issues arising in improving and strengthening its management.
The Pyongyang Gold Lane has rendered services to a total of more than 4.6 million working people, youth and students and over 150,000 overseas compatriots and foreigners since its establishment, the reporter added.
