82nd birthday of Chairman Kim Jong Il celebrated in Russia Seminars on the exploits of the great leader Kim Jong Il, meetings to adopt congratulatory messages, stamp shows and various other events were held by political parties, organizations and institutions including the Maritime Territorial Branch Committee and the Amur Regional Branch Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, the Central Committee of the All-Russia Lenin Young Communist League, the Sevastopol City Committee of the Lenin Young Communist League of the Russian Federation, the Tynda Association for the Study of the Juche Idea in Russia and the Stamprus Stamp Company of Russia between the 10th and the 18th on the occasion of his 82nd birth anniversary.
Present at the events were personages of those units and other people. Speeches were made.
Speakers praised Kim Jong Il as the great leader of Korea, defender of socialism, peerless veteran statesman and prominent activist of the international communist movement. They said the Korean people including the youth are building a powerful socialist country, the only one in the world, under the wise leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
Messages of greetings to Kim Jong Un were adopted at the events.
