Pyongyang, March 8 (KCNA) -- Media of Vietnam on March 1 observed the fifth anniversary of the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un 's official goodwill visit to Vietnam.
They carried photos showing the undying external activities and feats made by Kim Jong Un for the development of the friendly relations between the Vietnam-DPRK friendship.
The newspaper Nhan Dan in an article titled "By displaying the tradition of Vietnam-DPRK friendship" said that Comrade Kim Jong Un 's visit to Vietnam in March 2019 provided a new historic milestone in the relations between the two parties and the two countries, adding that the Korean people are striving in one mind to successfully attain the goals set forth by the Eighth Party Congress under the guidance of the Workers' Party of Korea headed by Comrade Kim Jong Un .
The magazine of the Association of Vietnamese Friendship Organizations in an article noted that leading officials of the Vietnamese party and government warmly greeted and gave cordial hospitality to the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un who paid an official goodwill visit to Vietnam, valuing the long-standing friendly relations between the two countries. And it stressed that his visit to Vietnam proved once again the vitality of the Vietnam-DPRK friendly relations. -0-
