Success in foundation work expanded, preparations for framework building promoted

Officers and men of the People's Army, who have turned out in the epoch-making ten-year campaign of creation to bring about comprehensive regional development, are stepping up the construction of regional-industry factories in earnest.
Thanks to the surging spirit and devotion of soldier-builders, the excavation for the foundations of such factories in Songchon and Kosan counties was over in succession and preparations for the building of frameworks are being pushed ahead with.
Units at all levels worked out detailed daily, weekly and monthly plans and are carrying them out without fail.
Soldier-builders in charge of the construction of regional-industry factories in Songchon County introduced rational working methods and increased the operation rate of construction equipment to finish the foundation excavation qualitatively in a short span of time and are speeding up the concrete placing of the groundwork while concentrating manpower and means on securing materials, equipment and tools needed for the framework construction.
The foundation excavation for such factories in Kosan County was successfully completed.
Soldiers in charge of similar factories in Kusong City and Sukchon County are steadily increasing the successes in the foundation work, strictly complying with the requirements of the designs, while making preparations for the construction according to processes in a foresighted way.
Officers and men of the army dispatched to Yonthan, Unpha and Onchon counties worked out detailed plans for similar construction and are pushing projects in a three-dimensional way. Units of the army mobilized for the construction of such factories in Unchon and Orang counties assigned detailed duties to their personnel and are carrying out their daily plans, paying primary attention to increasing the rate of mechanization in construction.
After finishing in a short span of time the site clearing for similar factories to be built in Kujang and Tongsin counties, soldiers efficiently deployed equipment and manpower according to the scale of each project and are hastening the foundation work according to the plan.
Units out for such projects in Kyongsong, Ichon, Jaeryong, Jangphung and other counties are also performing feats.
