Event Held in Indonesia to Commemorate 59 th Anniversary of Visit by Great Leaders of DPRK

An event took place at the Bogor Botanical Garden in Indonesia on April 5 to commemorate the 59 th anniversary of the visit to Indonesia by President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il .
The event included ceremony of visiting the monument to Kimilsungia, photo exhibition and film show.
Present there were personages of the government, political parties, organizations and institutions of Indonesia, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Democratic Party of Struggle and the Indonesia-Korea Association for Friendship and Cultural Exchange, and the charge d’affaires ad interim and members of the DPRK embassy in Jakarta.
At the venue, the participants looked round the photos of President Kim Il Sung , Chairman Kim Jong Il and the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un , the photos introducing the achievements made by the DPRK in the struggle to bolster up its military capability for self-defense and improve the people’s living standards, the monument to Kimilsungia, etc.
They also watched a film about the visit of President Kim Il Sung to Indonesia.
Speakers noted that President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il performed immortal exploits for the development of the friendly relations between the two countries through their visit to Indonesia and that the eye-opening successes have been made by the Korean people under the wise leadership of respected Comrade Kim Jong Un .
Saying that the friendly relations between President Kim Il Sung and President Soekarno are still alive in the memory of the Indonesian people as the basis of the friendly relations between the two countries, they expressed their will to continue to develop cooperation and exchange based on mutual respect and boost the friendly and cooperative relations.
