The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un once said to officials that it is the first and foremost duty of the government of the Republic to regard the people as the most sacred and omnipotent beings and thoroughly protect and take care of them.
People are the root and foundation of the socialist state and they are responsible for developing it. All the activities of government organs should be wholly oriented and subordinated to safeguarding and realizing the people’s demand and interests and faithfully serving them.
