President Kim Il Sung Publishes Many Works during His Revolutionary Guidance

Pyongyang, April 12 (KCNA) -- President Kim Il Sung published more than 18, 000 famous works, important guidelines for accomplishing the cause of independence of the masses, the cause of socialism and the banner of struggle, with his rare wisdom and energetic writing activities during the whole period of his revolutionary leadership. His works serve as a great encyclopedia comprehensively indicating the guidelines for developing political, economic, military, cultural and all other fields in conformity with the demand and aspiration of the masses at every stage of the developing revolution. In his works including "The Path of the Korean Revolution" and "On the Korean People's Struggle to Apply the Juche Idea" the President set forth the great revolutionary ideas in the era of independence and, on this basis, provided the ideological and theoretical guidelines for victoriously advancing the cause of independence of the masses. Such works as "On the Occasion of Forming a Party Organization" and "Historical Experience of Building the Workers' Party of Korea" deal with the lawfulness and basic principles of building a revolutionary party and other principled issues to be held fast to in Party building and activities. Other works indicating the tasks and ways for building and developing the people's government of Juche type reflect rare ideo-theoretical wisdom of the President who always put the people above all in his thinking and practice and devoted his whole life to them. The President made public the works comprehensively dealing with the ideas and theory on building the Juche-oriented revolutionary armed forces, thus performing feats to be specially recorded in the history of the army building of the working class. He also published many works giving clear answers to the issues of managing the socialist economy, building the socialist national culture, overseas compatriots' movement, foreign policy and carrying forward the revolutionary cause. He also authored the works that indicate the clear path for accomplishing the cause of global independence, including the issues of the law-governed process of the victory of the world revolution, the target of the world revolution and the basic strategy and the issue of expanding and developing the non-aligned movement. More than 24, 227, 000 copies of his works were translated into 69 foreign languages and disseminated in at least 130 countries.
