The floral baskets were laid before the bronze statues of the great leaders in the name of the international bodies, foreign political parties, organizations and personages, families of those abroad related to the anti-Japanese revolution, and Koreans in China including the Board of Directors of the International Martial Arts Foundation, the Anti-Imperialist Forum of Germany, the Korean Friendship Association, the Beijing Chao Ya International Cultural Exchange Centre in China, the "Tokyo-Pyongyang Rainbow Bridge" of Japan, the President of the International Group of Italy, the General Secretary of the Algerian National Liberation Front Party, the Managing Director of the Dandong Tianfu Group Company Ltd. of China, the families of Liang Chenglong, Piao Jisong and Jin Zhe, China-resident Koreans related to the anti-Japanese revolution, the family of Jin Shunyu related to the anti-Japanese revolution, the families of Zhou Baozhong, Feng Zhongyun, Cai Shirong, Chen Lei, Jie Qing, Hu Zhenyi and Fan Delin, Chinese related to the anti-Japanese revolution, and Jin Meizi, General Manager of the Yanbian Zhongsheng Import-Export Trading Company.
