Pyongyang, April 17 (KCNA) -- Some provinces of the DPRK push ahead with the work to build or rebuild teacher-training colleges and universities of agriculture.
Kangwon Province is pushing ahead with the building work of Wonsan Ri Su Dok Teachers Training College at the final stage to complete it within this year.
South Hamgyong Province has finished the framework of Hamhung Choe Hui Suk Teachers Training College and is now concentrating efforts on the construction project.
The construction of Chongjin O Jung Hup University of Education, Kanggye University of Education, Hyesan Teachers Training College and Sinuiju Cha Kwang Su University of Education is progressing apace, and the relevant provinces make sure that the building projects are carried out according to schedule by ensuring the timely supply of manpower and materials.
Pyongyang Municipality is speeding up preparations for the construction of building No. 4 and dormitory No. 5 of Kim Hyong Jik University of Education and Kim Chol Ju University of Education.
Now, a library and a gymnasium are under construction at Chongjin University of Agriculture and a gymnasium at Wonsan University of Agriculture.
Some universities of agriculture are securing cement, steel and other materials. -0-
