The Ministry of Machine-Building Industry is paying attention to building up technicians and designers who can guide the modernization project in cooperation with relevant fields and units. It is also solving the problems so that the officials, designers and technicians can complete the technical preparations for modernization on a high level.
The Ryongsong Machine Complex is promoting the technical preparations at the final stage by pooling efforts with technical officials of the ministry, designers and researchers of design and scientific research fields, and field officials and technicians.
The second-stage remodelling project is under way at the Kumsong Tractor Factory.
The factory is pushing ahead simultaneously with the work to remodel more than 20 objects including the outdoor tractor trial ground.
