The national industrial design exhibition in celebration of April 15 came to a close.
During the exhibition the participants exchanged successes and experiences gained in the course of thinking, pursuit and creation for putting the industrial design of the country on a track of sustained development.
Various designs including those of agricultural drones, excavators and spring and autumn clothes were highly appreciated for their simplicity, concentration and symbolism while meeting the ideological emotions and aesthetic tastes of the Korean people.
The products presented by the Ryuwon Footwear Factory, Pyongyang Hosiery Factory and other units drew the attention of visitors.
Its closing ceremony took place at the Industrial Design Exhibition House of the Central Industrial Design Bureau on May 15.
Present there were Vice-Premier Kim Myong Hun, Minister of Machine-building Industry An Kyong Gun, Minister of Education Kim Sung Du, officials concerned, and officials and creators in the industrial design sector.
The vice-premier made a closing address.
