Fishermen of the North Hamgyong Provincial Fishery Management Bureau are making successes in fishing in the East Sea of Korea.
The Chongjin Fishery Station makes an effective use of the omnidirectional fish finder and carries on intensive and consecutive net-fishing, boosting the output of fish per netting and per boat. Fishery stations under the North Hamgyong Provincial Fishery Management Bureau have conducted a scientific fishing campaign suited to the characteristics of fish, fishing conditions and weather conditions, achieving great successes in fishing as against the same period of last year.
On the other hand, those fishery stations fully equipped with modern processing facilities are processing and storing the caught fish without delay.
