Mass struggle gets fiercer in the Republic of Korea against puppet Yoon Suk Yeol who is worsening the situation, siding with the United States in its nuclear war moves, and persistently resorting to keeping his power through the fascist dictatorship of the prosecution.

What is noteworthy is that the slogan of "impeaching Yoon Suk Yeol" was changed into that of "downing with Yoon Suk Yeol" and the demonstration is more actively staged day by day along with the explosion of the people's indignation against puppet Yoon Suk Yeol who is keen on war and suppression alone in disregard of the strict judgment of the people with candles in their hands.

Mass media in the Republic of Korea expose and condemn the reckless military confrontation of stooge Yoon Suk Yeol who has actively followed the US hostile policy towards the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. They also report the news of struggle of people from all walks of life denouncing stooge Yoon Suk Yeol jackaling for the United States, the chieftain of aggression, and for war.

The 90th candlelight rally and demonstration took place in Seoul on the 18th amid higher enthusiasm for the struggle denouncing puppet Yoon Suk Yeol for his provocative acts.

The rally was attended by many people including workers, farmers, youth, children and old persons.

Addressing the rally, speakers said: Yoon Suk Yeol is making last-ditch efforts to keep his power. We will make Yoon pay for his crimes properly. We will down with Yoon Suk Yeol and Kim Kon Hui as we did to Syngman Rhee.

Then, the participants in the rally staged a demonstration.

On the other hand, the Kwangju-South Jolla Provincial Candlelight Action, the Taejon Candlelight Action, the Confederation of Trade Unions and other organizations in the Republic of Korea held rallies in Kwangju all at once in demand of the impeachment of stooge Yoon Suk Yeol on the occasion of the anniversary of the May 18 Kwangju Popular Resistance.

They called upon people of broad stripes to conduct more vigorous candlelight resistance with concerted efforts in order to terminate the fascist dictatorship of Yoon Suk Yeol, chanting the slogans; "Impeach Yoon Suk Yeol!" and "Down with Yoon Suk Yeol!" as they chanted the slogan "Chon Doo Hwan, Step Back!" during the Kwangju resistance.

Mass media in the Republic of Korea carried articles of different titles including "Carry Forward the May Spirit! Impeach Yoon Suk Yeol!" as regards the struggle of people of broad sections demanding the impeachment of puppet Yoon Suk Yeol who is committing all sorts of crimes. The articles said: Outcries of downing with Yoon Suk Yeol were heard in the middle of Seoul all the time. Warm was the enthusiasm of the people from all walks of life to drive out the prosecution dictator Yoon Suk Yeol in the spirit of the Kwangju resistance. The mass resistance for the impeachment of Yoon Suk Yeol will be further expanded and strengthened.
