The director of the Russian Federal Security Service at a council meeting of directors of security and special organizations of the Commonwealth of Independent States on May 24 censured the US and the West for sponsoring terrorism.
The US and NATO member nations are undisguisedly rendering support to terrorist organizations in a bid to dominate the whole world and employ all means of mixed war against sovereign states that do not accept their policies, he said.
Referring to the fact that they switched over to a full-scale terrorist action as Ukraine was put on the defensive, he said that the NATO member states are working together to dispatch mercenaries and terrorists to the country on a large scale.
Saying that the investigation into the large-scale terrorist incident in Moscow is going on, he affirmed that all details of the incident will be disclosed and those who were involved in it will be unable to escape punishment.
