Oneday in July Juche 105(2016) when the respected Comrade Kim Jong Unvisited the PyongyangTerrapin Farm despite the sultry weather ofmidsummer, he turned his step slowly to the artwork depicting Chairman KimJong Il.
He said that the image of the Chairman providingfield guidance at the farm was represented well and carefully looked at thework again. He said that the terrapins were depicted wrongly, indicating theseveral terrapins out of the water, which were portrayed along with the girlkeeper, who was meeting with the Chairman with a tumult of joy, in the meaningthat they were not indifferent to the girl’s great emotion of the day.
He said that the terrapin is an animalthat gets away underwater even at a sign of human presence. There can be fictionin creation, but every work should be created in consideration of the characteristicfeatures of the relevant object even in artistic representation, he said.
As the cautious terrapins which aresensitive to a sign of man's presence were depicted as being out of water, theywere really fictitious “brave terrapins”.
As they made their way to the productionsite with him, officials realized once again the truth that every work shouldbe done according to scientific laws.
