In September Juche 61(1972) President KimIl Sung met journalists of a country who visited the DPRK on impulse to know how the Juche idea was created.
After warmly shaking hands with them, he said politely that he heartilywelcomed their visit to the DPRK and began to answer their questions.
The journalists were keyed up from the beginning, thinking that it wouldnot be easy for them to understand the Juche idea as it might be consistentwith complicated philosophical arguments.
But they thought wrong.
The President explained how the Juche idea was created logically in plainwords and persuasively.
He said to the following effect:
Our struggle was hard and complex. We had to solve everything by ourselvesand use our own initiative to formulate the line and methods of struggle aswell.
We realized that the simple and ordinary working masses, once they are broughtto revolutionary awareness, can exert a really tremendous force and carry outthe revolution by their own efforts in any adverse and arduous conditions.
The journalists could hardly repress their admiration.
They were struck by a thought that it was the truth of the revolution thatthe only one person in the world, President Kim Il Sung, could find out and the idea that only he could create,and completely captivated by the personality traits of the peerlessly great manwho explained the details about the creation of such a profound idea so plainly.
