One night in November 2016 a boy living in Musan County, North Hamgyong Province had a dream of spending pleasant time with his classmates in the aquarium, indoor wading-pool and several other places of the Songdowon International Children’s Camp.
At that time his region was hit by flood and restoration was in brisk, and over 1 000 young students in the flood-hit region were enjoying camping life in the Songdowon International Children’s Camp thanks to the care of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
Thinking of them the boy fell asleep. Then he had a dream of enjoying time at the camp.
His dream came true.
The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un saw that 600 odd students in the flood-hit northern region of North Hamgyong Province, who hadn’t gone camping, were also sent to the Songdowon International Children’s Camp.
The boy wrote the following in his diary during the camping days. “An instructor of the camp said…November is not a camping season. No such young students like you have spent time at the camp in November since it was built… I came to know well during my camping days how big and warm the love and benevolence the respected Marshal shows to the students in the northern flood-hit region of the country.
I had delicious foods at every meal and enjoyed camping.
