A symposium on designs of prefabricated building structures was held at the Sci-Tech Complex on the 11th and the 12th under the sponsorship of the Korean Association of Construction under the Central Committee of the General Federation of Science and Technology of Korea.
The symposium held under the theme of "Scientification and Modernization of Designs of Prefabricated Building Structures" was attended by officials, scientists and technicians of different units including the Pyongyang Construction Commission, the Ministry of State Construction Control, the State Designing Administration and the Pyongyang University of Architecture.
There were serious discussions and questions and answers on the proposals related to designs of prefabricated building structures presented by construction units concerned.
Certificates were awarded to those who presented excellent proposals.
