The Korean Central News Agency released a commentary under the title "The Russian People Will Surely Win Victory of Justice".

The commentary said:

The fierce antagonism between the anti-imperialist independent forces trying to defend the sovereignty and security of the country and build an independent multipolar world and the dominationist forces insisting on unipolar world has been reflected in the special military operations of Russia against Ukraine today, presenting a clear phase of confrontation between justice and injustice.

The tenacious moves of the United States and the West to obliterate the existence and position of Russia, an independent and powerful state and big power, have become a main factor of having touched off the present Ukrainian incident. The reckless "eastward expansion" of NATO constantly pressing the security of Russia and the appearance of the neo-Nazi forces of Ukraine inciting anti-Russia frenzy at the instigation of its master compelled Russia to conduct special military operations as self-defensive countermeasures.

President Vladimir Putin reiterated that the special military operations are aimed at demilitarizing and denazifying Ukraine and removing the factor of threatening the security of Russia in the Ukrainian territory.

But the United States and the West described this self-defensive and local military action as a "war of aggression" and "war of injustice" and with it as a momentum, frantically conducted a proxy war and mixed war to isolate and weaken Russia.

The development of the present situation shows that the special military operations of Russia are a sacred war to defend the security and national prestige of the country in defiance of the US-led imperialist dominationist forces as well as the neo-Nazi forces of Ukraine and they are part of the historical course for safeguarding the regional stability and the international justice and establishing a fair and peaceful new world order.

Today, the special military operations are further developed into an all-people sacred war and the "second patriotic war" of the Russian citizens to defend the sovereignty and national prestige of the country and the international justice and peace under the leadership of President Vladimir Putin and their victory becomes certain.

Now the military upper hand of Russia has become clearer on the battlefield of Ukraine. In the face of such good spirit of Russia, the scream of bitter defeat is heard in the Western world.

As the Red Army and the Soviet people annihilated fascism, loudly singing the song "A Righteous War" in the last century, so the Russian army and people, their honourable off-spring, will continue to glorify the tradition of victors in the present sacred war for defending the sovereign rights of the country and ensuring peace and security of the region and the rest of the world.

The Korean people send full support and solidarity to the Russian government and people in their struggle for defending the sovereignty, security and interests of the state, defeating the imperialist hegemony and high-handedness and building an independent multi-polar world, and will be always with them in the same trench, the commentary stressed.
