President of State Affairs Kim Jong Un receives greetings from Lao President The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, received a message of greetings from Thongloun Sisoulith, President of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, on the 24th.
The message said he extends warm congratulation and best wishes to Kim Jong Un, the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, the government of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and the fraternal Korean People in the name the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party and government and people of the Lao People's Democratic Republic and in his name.
The good friendly and cooperative relations between the LPDR and the DPRK provided by President Kaysone Phomvihane and President Kim Il Sung and with a long tradition has been maintained, strengthened and developed thanks to heads of states of the two parties and countries and gave substantial benefits to the people's of the two counties and made contribution to the peace, stability, cooperation and development of the region and the rest of the world, the message stressed.
It expressed the belief that the DPRK would achieve a constant development and progress in hitting the goal for building a powerful socialist country under the resolute and powerful guidance of the WPK led by Kim Jong Un.
It sincerely wished Kim Jong Un good health and happiness and greater success in his noble and honourable work.
